rules: standard snake pit rules apply. also, numbers outside the grid are skyscraper clues. if you take segments between region borders as skyscrapers, the clues tell you how many you can see from that point. the length of a segment is the height of the skyscraper it represents. (the grid below is not a puzzle but an example of a solution that satisfies all the skyscraper clues, i hope this helps)
